This page contains the requests to design images for BSUP website.

====== Instructions of Image Design ======

Please design the requested images listed in [[https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pmbXviY1oCvCaeWF1WEibjl0VJAxtnudsXcOzzdhNj0/|this document]].

* Find the ID of each image request in column A.
  * Column B is the status column. Update the status based on the followings,
    * New: new request
    * Pending: change status to pending if you start working on it.
    * Submitted: If you submitted your image, please change the status to this.
    * Approved by review team: The status changes to this when the review team approves this image
  * Find the name of each image request in column C.
  * Column D is the alt attribute of the image.
  * Column E includes the link to the page that will host the image, and the location of the image on the page. A temporary image might be placed in that location.
  * Find the size of the image in column F.
  * Additional information may be available in column G.

* If you download images from the internet and use them in your design, include the image source.
  * The image that you design, has the same size as the related temporary image.
  * <del>follow the [[https://bsup.team/doku.php?id=content-production-team:procedure#image-design-procedure|image design procedure]].</del>
  * Your images match the content of the page.
  * We emphasize the people’s relationships. The images should not necessarily be about tools like Excel. It can demonstrate people’s relationships and technology at the same time. If your images or clips include people, please make sure to use both male and female, and people of different skin colors, ethnicities, and religions. One of our core values is diversity.
