Description
* For pages and blogs, the author must write a meta description, which is displayed on the results page, below the title and the url .
* The meta description should be on the same Google docs of the blog/page.
* Description is a summary of your content(100-156 characters), it should be interesting and tempting for the users and contain the "target keyword".
Internal Linking
* Anchor text (link label/text) is important because it helps users and Google to understand what the target page (the page you're linking to) is about. So the content writer should select the main keyword or synonyms of it that has been used in the content.
* For Example; For Excel blogs, you can always link to https://bsuite365.com/excel with anchor texts like Excel, Excel Services, MS Excel. Read more about Anchor Text here.
* link to important pages because when you link to another page on your site, you send link authority to that page.Make sure to link to service pages. Please find the list of pages in the bSuite365.com sitemap.
* Don't Use The Same Anchor Text For Two Different Pages. This confuses google bot.
* There are two types of links you should avoid using in your content: homepage and contact us
* Use a reasonable number of internal links. I suggest around three to four, depending on the length of your post.
* **Use relevant links** : Don't merely link for the sake of linking. Instead, link to content that is relevant to the source context.
* **Use links that are natural **: When you link in your content you're telling the engine that the target of your link is so relevant and important so you want your visitor to be able to go straight there.
External linking:
link to one or two pages that are not competing with us, such as Wikipedia or Microsoft support; links can also be about mathematical concepts; for example, in a blog about calculating Variance with Excel, you can link to a page explaining the concept of variance.

Collaboration
Please review each other's work and leave comments or suggestions. Please reply to each other's comments.
The tech team is encouraged to be active in content production. For example, an Excel developer can explain Excel services to the content writers team.
Add Blog To WordPress
Please refer to Posting blogs on WordPress document.
Approval
Content Approval
At least three content writers (including the main content writer) need to approve content before publishing it. Please leave a comment for approval, disapproval or feedback.
One of the people who reviewed the content, not the author, should do a final review, once all comments and suggestions are resolved..
Content Approval by Tech Team
At least one person from the tech team must approve the content if it technically makes sense.
Note: If the blog writers are new to the team, two technicians need to review their blogs.
For blog writers who have a good history of blogging in our team, only one technician is sufficient to verify the blog.
Duplicate Content Check
Two members from content duplicate check must verify the content is not duplicated
SEO Approval
Two members from the SEO team must verify whether the content follows the best and recommended practices of SEO.
UX Approval
For pages (not necessarily blogs), at least one member from the UX team must verify whether the content is UX friendly.
Page Completeness
After a content is approved by the content team members and also by SEO team members, the final step before publishing it is to make sure that title tag and description tags are properly set,the page should have a featured image ,all the images have names and alt attributes, internal links are properly used, all external links should have nofollow attributes,In order to prevent Google from crawling and indexing incomplete pages i suggest publishing them(if publishing is necessary for developers in order to work on an actual live page)in private mode, after it's completed you can refer it to a SEO team member to review the final version and publish it in public mode.
