  * //Versioning//:
    * If you update a file, please put the version # in the file name like “Some File - Draft - V2”
    * At the bottom of the file, create a section named, “Changelogs” and record the changes in this section. For each changelog, please indicate
      * The date of changes
      * The version #
      * The person who made the changes or suggested changes
      * A summary of changes
  * //Draft//: If your file is not complete, please write “Draft” in the file name like “Some File - Draft”
  * //Final//: If your file was draft before and is completed now, please put “Final” in the file name like “Some File - Final”
