  * Study about our software and understands their requirements
  * Write user manual for our software
  * Communicate with our technical team to gather the software specifications
  * Work collaboratively with developers to create easy to understand documents for other team members
  * Support the Marketing team to produce concise, effective information and documentation for our products so they can quickly learn about and use our products
  * Review existing documentation and edit where needed to ensure content is clear, concise, captivating, accurate, and usable
  * Maintain the accuracy of information as product and organization requirements evolve

===== Requirements =====

  * Expertise in technical, business writing techniques
  * Capable of creating content from bullet points and rough notes
  * Ability to write in plain language
  * Competent in analyzing, editing, and standardizing existing content and material prepared by other team members
  * Proven experience in software documentation
  * Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts
  * Experience working with business/marketing teams to create a variety of business materials
  * Ability to identify and communicate both potential issues and opportunities
  * Adept at considering problems from all angles and contributing effectively to solution options
  * Adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic, and growing organization
  * Proficient in creating and delivering presentations
  * Effective in interfacing with both technical and non-technical audiences
  * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  * Strong written and oral English communication
