SMARTs & Tasks

  1. Before starting your task, please define your goals and expectations in a SMART format. This article from Atlassian explains how to write SMARTs.
  2. Your SMART must be approved by a coordinator, before executing it. Once it's approved, please set your tasks based on the SMART. Each task must be attached to at least a SMART.
  3. Please post your tasks on the ???. For each task, please explain
    1. Task Title
    2. SMART ID
    3. Task Description (Otional)
    4. Assigned to
    5. Estimated hours
    6. Estimated deadline
    7. Website (the website that you're working on)
    8. Speciality Category such as General, Content writing, Content Review, SEO and Graphic Design
    9. Group (Mastermind, DevOps, Marketing) ???
  4. Your tasks must be approved by a coordinator, before starting it.
  5. If your actual hour of a task is exceeding the estimation, please let your coordinator know BEFORE you exceed the hours. The extra hours must be approved by the coordinator before continuing your task.
  6. When you complete your task, please submit the results of your task on ???

Estimated Deadline

Your estimated deadline is just an estimate. If you want more time than the current deadline, please make sure to put a comment on your task that the deadline is extended and include the new deadline, like “This task is not done, yet. The new deadline is NEW_DATE”.

Please do NOT erase the previous deadline. Post the new deadline as a new comment.

Estimated Hours

For each task, please report your estimated hours to Shakiba. If you need more hours than estimated, please report to Shakiba.

Task Status

If you're working on your task, please change it to In Progress status. If it's completed, please set it as Completed.
