Requirements

Content of posts

When preparing a social media post, include the following items:

ID

Each post must have an ID number made into H1 so it can be tracked from the outline sidebar.

Status

Indicate the status of posts such as Draft, Pending Review, Confirmed, Published, or other.

Subject

Indicate what the post is about; it can be Services, Products, Questions, Latest Tech News, Quotes, and ext.

By

Indicate who prepared the post.

Date

Indicate the date that the post was uploaded to Google Docs.

Source

If the content is taken from one of our blog posts, include the link to that blog and if it’s news, facts, or quotes include the link of the source website or the owner of that content.

Hashtags

Use relevant and trendy hashtags regarding the subject and the content of the post.

Each post must have a verification table like below:
