Teamwork

All members are encouraged to work as a team.

How to Improve teamwork?

  • Comment and give feedback. Your teammate work is worth reading
  • Listen to each other comments
  • Provide reasons if you do not agree with comments.
  • Learn from each other and share your learnings
  • Always chat in groups or channels. We are doing teamwork, not personal chat (except with the HR department). Private chat is okay for emergencies.
  • Please feel free to have video calls with your colleagues
  • Get to know each other more
  • Hold In-person meetings and gatherings every once in a while, at a restaurant or the office.

What not to do for teamwork?

  • Private chat instead of group communication
  • Being rude to each other in comments
  • Falsifying someone's comment without a reason
  • Not listening to each other's comments

Meeting

We usually have general meetings every week. In addition, each group might have a weekly meeting regarding a specific subsite or project.

Before the Meeting

  • Make sure to post a topic on Teams about what to be discussed in the meeting and the time. And tag the general or participants.
  • Give an advanced notice if you are not available to join the meeting

During the Meeting

  • Please avoid talking about topics outside of the meeting. Stay focused on the specified topics
  • Please listen to each other and give time to each other to talk
  • Nothing wrong with disagreement. Don't take it personally.

After Meeting

  • It is mandatory to write the minutes of the meetings. We prefer each person to write their own minutes. Or a person can take the responsibility to write the minutes.
  • In the minute, please specify
    • Time and duration
    • List of participants
    • List of absentees and if they gave a notice before the meeting that they will be absent
    • List of topics and to do tasks
