Naming Files

Versioning:
- If you update a file, please put the version # in the file name like “Some File - Draft - V2”
- At the bottom of the file, create a section named, “Changelogs” and record the changes in this section. For each changelog, please indicate
  - The date of changes
  - The version #
  - The person who made the changes or suggested changes
  - A summary of changes
Draft: If your file is not complete, please write “Draft” in the file name like “Some File - Draft”
Final: If your file was draft before and is completed now, please put “Final” in the file name like “Some File - Final”
