Transfer bSuite365 Portfolios to Google Drive & Republish Them
This document explains the transfer of BSuite365 Portfolios to Google Drive and republishing them.

Steps
<HTML><ol style=“list-style-type: decimal;”></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>For each portfolio, create a Google Drive folder which contains a Google document. Please copy the contents of the portfolio to the Google document. The folder and document name must match the title of the portfolio.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>Please structure each portfolio document similar to this sample portfolio document. <HTML><ol style=“list-style-type: decimal;”></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>The portfolio title should be in H1.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>“Short Title” of each portfolio is the title of the portfolio in the main portfolio page.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>“File Name” of each portfolio is the portfolio page address in the URL. For example, the file name of https://bsuite365.com/work/lumber-inventory is “lumber-inventory”<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>The category of all existing portfolios is Excel<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>“Featured image” is the name of the featured image in the main portfolio page.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>“Featured image caption” is the alt attribute of the featured image.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>“Tags” are the tags of the portfolio. For example, the lumber inventory portfolio has three tags, Excel, Inventory and Advanced Formulas<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>To view portfolio images click “View project screenshots”. Each images consists of <HTML><ol style=“list-style-type: decimal;”></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>Image name which is entered by the developer.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>Alt which is entered by the developer.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>Caption which is the paragraph below the image.<HTML></li></HTML><HTML></ol></HTML> <HTML></li></HTML><HTML></ol></HTML> <HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>No need to copy the images. We already transferred the images to WordPress.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>English review team must review the blogs<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>No need for the tech team to review the portfolios<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>Once the English review team verifies the portfolios, please ask the developer to update the website.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>Add each portfolio to the content checklist <HTML><ol start=“9” style=“list-style-type: decimal;”></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>Select “Case Study/Portfolio” in the Type column.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>Fill the author column.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>For the SEO status column, insert “No SEO is done because this portfolio is done before 2020”<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>For the UX status column, select “Not needed”<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>For the Keyword analyst column, insert “No keyword analysis is done because this portfolio is done before 2020”<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>For the technician review columns, insert “Done by Excel team”<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>For the technician review of images, insert “Done by Excel team”<HTML></li></HTML><HTML></ol></HTML> <HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>Please follow the rest of the content procedure.<HTML></li></HTML> <HTML><li></HTML>The following portfolios are already transferred.
